Our hotel, in the centre of the Monguelfo tourist resort, offers all that is needed for a successful holiday in the mountains: peaceful rooms with shower/WC and bath, balcony, phone, satellite TV and safe; welcoming lounges for making new acquaintances, an informal restaurant offering local and international dishes, a cozy bar and all those caring services that are typical of a family-run establishment.

The right place for your holiday in South Tyrol. Cozy coffee shops, attractive shops and countless activities are waiting for you in every period of the year.

The Fanes-Sennes-Braies Dolomite natural park, the Sesto Dolomites and the Casies Valley district, for excursions in the Alpine pastures, are very near, as are the over 3000 m high ice-covered peaks of the Vedrette di Ries chain.

Our half-board proposal comprises:
 • welcome drink with the Hell family
 • rich buffet breakfast with home-made cured meat and fresh farm produce
 • vegetable and salad buffets with creative dressings every evening
 • three-course menu every day
 • in summer, weekly guided excursion in the “Castel Monguelfo" wood, including a break for a nice cup of coffee in the castle garden
 • in winter, torchlight excursion followed by a party with mulled wine and an "Eisstockschießen" tournament (a kind of local Curling) for the ice trophy

... Plan de Corones, the largest skiing district in South Tyrol with 90 km of slopes featuring all levels of difficulty, wide descents and original Apres-Ski refuges (complementary ski bus several times a day), the Upper Pusteria Valley district (15 km) or Cortina d'Ampezzo (40 km).

Monguelfo, with its many kilometers of cross-country tracks (in the Casies Valley in the Dolomites as far as Cortina), is a real and proper paradise for lovers of cross-country skiing.
