THE BUTCHER'S SHOP, quality right from the start
The hotel butcher's is a real and proper quality activity. We only meat with a certified origin for our vast range of products. Our specialties include speck, smoked salamini, home-cured ham as well as a large selection of sausages and various types of canederli (bread dumplings with sausages) which are produced according to a traditional home-made recipe.
Great care and hygiene during processing is the rule; constant quality controls guarantee the freshness and flavor of our products. This has been a winning company strategy for some time - also in our shop in Dobbiaco.
